Oud Sluis, awarded with three Michelin stars, is one of the best fine dining restaurants in the Netherlands. What few people know is that Oud Sluis started off as restaurant that specialized in mussels. FFF-Chef Joris Bijdendijk will work together with the team of Oud Sluis to prepare a true musselfest.
We're very honored that the Oud Sluis team is willing to take the effort to show us the beauty of the mussel. During this three course lunch you'll be able to taste, as Sergio Herman, chef of Oud Sluis calls it, ' pure nectar'. How strong Segio's bond is with the mussel is shown in the film L’Amour des Moules.
Cost: €35,-. Please note that there are two kinds of lunches, one with and one without the film viewing. This lunch is without a viewing of the film. The lunch is from 15.00 till 16.30.
